Personal data processed
We process the identity and contact details you submit through the contact form: full name, e-mail address, phone number where provided, and any information you include in your message.
Purpose of processing
Your data is processed to evaluate your request, respond to you, prepare a proposal, and establish a business relationship. It is not used for marketing unless you separately consent.
Legal basis
Processing relies on the grounds set out in Article 5 of the Law: that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, and the legitimate interests of the data controller.
Method of collection
Data is collected electronically through the contact form on this site and through e-mails you send us.
Transfers
Your personal data is not transferred to third parties, domestically or abroad, for marketing purposes. It may only reside in the systems of the infrastructure and e-mail providers we work with to deliver the service, and may be shared with public authorities where legally required.
Retention
Data is retained for as long as necessary for the purpose of processing and for the statutory limitation periods, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights under Article 11
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request erasure or destruction, request that such actions be notified to third parties, object to analysis carried out solely by automated systems, and claim compensation if you suffer damage.
