What data we collect

When you fill in the contact form, we process your name, e-mail address, optionally your phone number, and your message. We use this information solely to evaluate your request and get back to you.

The contact form does not store data on a server; submitting it opens your own e-mail application and the message is sent directly to us. In other words, your data reaches us only by e-mail.

Cookies and browser storage

The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Only two functional preferences are stored: your chosen language and your light/dark theme setting. These are kept in your browser, are not shared with third parties, and can be cleared from your browser settings.

Sharing of data

We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. Your data may only be technically present in the systems of the infrastructure providers we work with to deliver the service, and may be shared with authorities where legally required.

Retention

Contact requests are kept in our records for a reasonable period after the related conversation concludes, then deleted. Where legislation requires longer retention, that period applies.

Your rights
